Rental Programme
The rates below are for the rental of Villa Durazno, including property manager/concierge and maid services. Please note that the prices quoted are for full villa rentals. If your group is fewer people, please get in touch and we may be able to offer you a reduced price, depending upon numbers (excluding Festive Season).
2018/19 Villa Durazno Rates
1st September - 17th November $4000 per week ($570 per night)
18th November - 20th December $5000 per week ($715 per night)
21st December - 4th January $15000 per week
5th January - April 13th $8000 per week ($1142 per night)
April 14th - August 31st $5000 per week ($715 per night)
If you would like to include or enquire about chef and/or bartender options as part of your stay at the villa, let us know and we'll be able to provide a quote. Minimum rental period is 3 nights, when prices will be pro-rata. To confirm a booking, you will need to sign the contract that will be forwarded to you and pay a 25% deposit. Full payment is due 60 days before your arrival.
